Essence of Woman
This studio workshop is well suited for the photographer shooting B&W film, Color Film or Digital. The first hour of the day is spent reviewing a slide lecture tracing the history of the figure in painting, sculpture and most especially - photography. The rest of the morning session deals with the lighting techniques to embellish the form, the contours and lines that are the essence of woman. The afternoon session will include demonstrations on rim lighting, movement and blur and finally, projecting images upon the model's body. Learn how to pose the figure model plus the how's & why's to place the lights to get the effects you desire. 10-5:00 PM.
